These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pro Component Library, a digital product provided by Dennis Dörflinger ("we", "us", or "our") via the website https://dennisdoer.com ("Website"). By accessing or using the Website and/or purchasing any digital products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or any of its Services.

Pro Component Library is a collection of professionally designed user interface components for use with Microsoft Power Apps. Users can preview components, purchase premium access, and integrate components into their own applications.

The product is delivered digitally and includes configuration code, style definitions, and examples intended for individual use in custom Power Apps development.

To access some features of the Service (e.g. purchase or preview Pro content), users may be required to register using Google Authentication. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

All prices listed on the Website are in Euro (€) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Upon successful payment, access to the digital content is granted immediately.

No physical goods will be shipped.

After purchase, you will gain access to the Pro components via the Website. These files or configurations may be downloadable, copy-pasteable, or otherwise embeddable within your Power Apps applications. Access is typically granted instantly, but delays may occur due to technical issues.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and Power Apps environment are compatible with the content.

When you purchase a component, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the component within your own projects.

All intellectual property remains with the creator, Dennis Dörflinger.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. However, if there's a technical issue or error in delivery, you may contact us at legal@dennisdoer.com, and we will try to resolve it or provide a refund at our discretion.

We generally offer refunds if the product cannot be used as intended despite our support.

The Pro Component Library is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee any results, earnings, or performance of your Power Apps based on the use of our components.

We strive to provide high-quality digital products, but we do not offer warranties for fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any loss of data
• Business interruption
• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the components

If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
