Bring Kids to Schools
Building schools and creating opportunities for children worldwide
Bring Kids to Schools is a non-profit that builds schools in underserved communities across the world. Every year, they create new opportunities for children in countries like Nepal, Senegal, and Malawi — kids who would otherwise have little or no access to education.
As a volunteer, I've helped support their mission by contributing where I could — building their website, creating videos and photos from the field, and helping share their story online.
How I Help
Web Development
I helped build and maintain their website so people can clearly see what they do and why it matters.
Photography & Videography
I captured photos and videos from project sites to help share the real impact these schools are making.
Social Media Presence
I helped edit social media videos and supported their online presence to reach more people.
Fundraising Support
I supported fundraising efforts by creating content that helped tell the story and secure resources.
Hands-On Experience
Beyond remote work, I've visited several project sites and got involved in the actual building process.
I've traveled to Nepal (twice), Senegal, and Malawi — working alongside local communities, digging foundations, shoveling materials, and supporting on-the-ground construction tasks.
These trips were physically intense but incredibly meaningful. They gave me a deeper appreciation for what Bring Kids to Schools is doing.
